The path to optimal wellness is ongoing. The Thrive Sequence is a three-part program developed to assist you in Resetting, Re-Aligning, and Rejuvenating specific areas of your life with the mindful and skillful assistance from Lori and Janet. The three-part program taps into your innate wisdom through regular self-assessments.
Please note: The Sequence is suggested for people who are at a place where they are ready to make the changes necessary to Thrive. Journaling is an essential component of this program because it is a form of self-assessment that clearly reflects progress as you move up The Ladder.
The Thrive Sequence:
Week 1
Your first 15-minute consultation with Janet identifies the components of your Ladder.
First ITA session. You will receive an in-person, ITA Foundational Energetic Alignment.
15-minute check–in phone conversation to revisit The Ladder post-ITA experience.
Week 2
Begin journaling assignments guided by provided writing prompts.
Week 3
Your first 15-minute consultation with Lori is an assessment of the goals you have for yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially, and how nutrition can support you in attaining your goals.
First Nutrition session. Full nutritional assessment using Nutrition Response Testing and identifying a clear plan, keeping lifestyle and convenience in mind.
15-minute check-in phone conversation specific to The Ladder.
Congratulations! You have completed cycle one!
Each cycle will continue with the same format, deepening and magnifying your ability to thrive in every area of your life.
We recommend one week of journaling between cycles. Three cycles are highly recommended. Enrollment in the Thrive sequence program gives you free access to The Sunday Morning Monthly Mindful Thematic Meditation.
